With some older works currently in bookstores, different versions of the text exist for various reasons: an author (or a relative of the author) edited the text for a later edition; a publisher issued an edition that censored or changed certain passages; a US publisher printed a bootleg version of a UK book (or vice-versa); or a printer introduced critical errors to the text.

For Gladstone Press, each book has been carefully edited to insure that it matches what is considered the ‘official‘ (or accepted) version of the work. And, unlike many reissues on the market, these have been elegantly designed and typeset for reading enjoyment.

Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next day.
